Only once in a blue moon does a film come along with such a excellent cast of actors, here we have Robert De Niro, Brad Pitt, Kevin Bacon, Dustin Hoffman. Now with this sort of cast you would expect it to be famous film but alas it is one that slipped through the cracks mostly likely because of its dark and disturbing storyline. The main reason I chose this is because of the connection you get with the characters throughout the film and getting see them grow up, not only the storyline though. The acting is incredible making this a great film to see. It may not be everybody’s cup of tea but I really suggest you have a watch as it is not one to be missed.

Four boys growing up in Hell’s Kitchen play a prank that leads to an old man getting hurt. Sentenced to no less than one year in the Wilkenson Center in upstate New York, the four friends are changed by the beating, humiliation and sexual abuse by the guards sworn to protect them. Thirteen years later and a chance meeting lead to a chance for revenge against the Wilkenson Center and the guards.
