ONEDDL – One Stop Rapidshare Links 
This is a truly excelent program. Its able to convert a video using the GPU (graphics card) instead of the traditional method of using the CPU (proccessor). While ive not noticed any major speed upgrades (in terms of frame rate) over competing software, The CPU usage predictabily is almost normal, allowing me to use my computer like normal at the same time without slowing the conversion down.
The interface is superb, I have an iPod Touch and it has the recomended settings for the iPod touch aswell as many other popular devices and even You Tube built in!
Absolute must have for anyone who uses a MP4 device regularly.
