Are there any differences in video quality between a “DVDRip to non-720p/SD(in this cas, according to .nfo: 640x352) XviD” and a “BDRip to non-720p/SD XviD” ?
I think however high quality the source is, it’s difficult to keep / to fit / to put all this quality inside a standard/low resolution ?_? I’ll wait for a 720p too

not especially, it’s just the group got hold of a bluray before they got a dvd.

This may be a stupid question but why is this movie being released as a fullscreen (R5 was the same) rather than the normal letterboxed format? I just hate the idea of losing chunks of the screen on both sides.

it was filmed and released in 1.85:1, same as this release. like the iMax version of transformers 2.

well according to to imdb, and amazon, this is the correct aspect ratio.
i could crop the top and bottom off it for you if you like??? or you could just put some tape on your screen??
technically i think full screen refers to 1.333:1 btw

the video sample is widescreen….
they are misguided. This film is 16:9 or 1.85:1, just how we like it. Same shape as our widescreen tv’s. A lot of films are 2.35:1 these days. Super wide.
