if you download “MKVToolNix” (current version 3.0.0, can be d/l’ed for any platform…. Windows, Linux, Mac, etc…), it gives you the option of splitting the file into sizes that will span multiple DVD’s.

also, the software will allow you to strip unneeded audio tracks, subtitle tracks, etc…. consequently, if you find any additional subtitle tracks or chapter markers online, you can add those as well. Also, if the audio is slightly out of sync, which is common on earlier gens of BR-Rips and VERY common with HD-DVD rips, you can offset the audio without reencoding to sync correctly.

MKVToolNix is something I use a LOT… as you can also build your own MKV’s with it. I work a lot with professional audio, so if I do my own audio encodes, I can add them to an existing MKV. It’s pretty straightforward too, and easy to use.

Recommended if you’d like to quickly split your MKV’s to single layer DVDs.

i don’t know if this changes anything, but this site claims to have the “REAL 1080 REPACK”. I’m d/l’ing now, and will let the community know if it is indeed “real” and different from the current one posted on most sites.

jk is right. this one still has several glitches. tested on latest gen MacBook Pro with VLC, QT7, DivxPlayer… and on standalone Blu-Ray player with HD x264 MKV support.

quality is absolutely INSANE for the movie, but the glitches still bug me. i wonder, jk, if this is truly the repack.

@httan @eyad The other releases were apparently nuked because they had glitches in the playback. If you experience no problems then don't download these versions.
