This was the first DVD I ever purchased.
It did not live up to the book at all.

Ahh, but brett, don’t you know that for some people the correcting of other people’s inadvertent grammar errors makes them feel all warm and fuzzy and “special” inside? It’s probably the only time he gets to feel all pumped and superior…delusional though that may be.

As for the flick, I sort of agree with ionoff in that it didn’t live up to the book – which I read long before I first saw the movie – but it wasn’t that bad for the time. It’s OK filler now that the Xmas propaganda is filling the airwaves canceling so many of the good tv shows.

You should have put a comma separating the word ‘though’ when you said “delusional though that may be.”. It should be “delusional, though, that may be.”. Yeah. You’re a moron, too. The internet is no excuse for being a dumb f#ck! And it’s funny how califrag pretty much backed up Fallguy by saying the movie wasn’t that good. It certainly didn’t live up to the book because a movie and a novel are entirely different things!

A movie based on a novel can be good. Sphere was not.
