VAG released an advance copy of Sugaree – The American Dream, which has a retail release date of January 5, 2010.

Sugaree is the daughter of the legendary Leon Russell and toured with Leon’s band for over 6 years playing percussion and singing background vocals.

She adeptly weaves Pop, Adult Contemporary and R&B genres in THE AMERICAN DREAM that take the listener from an introspective opus to a dance rhythm that remains long after the song is over. If her lineage is any indicator, there is much more in store for Sugaree and THE AMERICAN DREAM is the perfect beginning.
