All the World’s a Stage – Betty meets a new man and wants to do a feature on him for Mode, Justin makes new friends at his acting class, and Wilhelmina is her usual ‘diva’ self despite being in hospital.
Fire and Nice – Betty is pressured into dating an annoying firefighter (Rich Sommer); Amanda persuades Claire to hire Tyler; Hilda meets Bobby’s parents.
Smokin’ Hot – Wilhemina marginalizes Betty at Fashion Week, but Daniel has her reassigned to cover a low-priority show. There, Betty meets Marisa, one of the “10 Designers to Watch.” Meanwhile, Amanda teams up with Helen to start a new line, but both Marc and Betty refuse to show their work to Wilhelmina.
Chica and the Man – Wilhelmina is furious when she learns about Wilhediva Hater, her drag queen impersonator. Meanwhile, Betty’s blog wins her an award, which creates tension between her and Daniel; Amanda rehires Helen, but Wilhelmina later orders Amanda to fire her; and Marc runs his own photo shoot.
Blackout! – Betty’s building is robbed right before the karaoke party, and Betty is partly to blame for the break-in. Meanwhile, Amanda tricks Daniel and Wilhelmina into getting counseling; and Ignacio refuses to accept that Bobby is now part of Hilda’s life.
Back In Her Place – Betty recalls everything that has made up her worst week in history, and also has job issues caused by taking up a new hobby. Hilda is treated to a week of luxury by Bobby, and Daniel is becoming suspicious of Mark’s actions.
The Passion of the Betty – Betty wants to spend some time apart from Matt, so finds him something else to keep him occupied. Meanwhile, Hilda has a tough decision to make regarding her baby, and Mark’s fling looks to be heading towards something more serious.
Be-Shure – Ignacio prepares a romantic dinner for his Jean. Betty and Hilda take the Be-Shure instant pregnancy tests. Meanwhile, Hartley gets Denise Ludwig to fill in for Wilhemina. However Marc plans to bring Willie back. Claire with Amanda track down Tyler, the son she gave up for adoption
The Bahamas Triangle – Betty, Matt and Amanda’s love triangle in the Bahamas reaches boiling point. Betty has trouble with a photo shoot when Penelope Graybridge steals the shoot from her enemy Wilhemina. Marc falls for super sexy Troy.
Level (7) With Me – Daniel hands over the power to the Community of the Phoenix to run Mode. Betty steps in to help Daniel with Bennet. She comes up with an cunning plan with the help of Claire. Wilhemina goes out in public wearing sweats creating mayhem with the media trying to get a scoop
Backseat Betty – Hilda has doubts over her relationship with Archie after seeing an old flame Bobby Talercio. Marc helps Justin to fit in high school by telling him to become friends with some mean girls. Elsewhere Daniel is lured into a trap by Bennett. Wilhemina tries to come up with money to help Nico out of trouble.
The Wiener, The Bun and The Boob – Marc is appointed as Betty’s temporary assistant by Wilhelmina. Betty decides to do a story on the worst jobs in New York. Meanwhile, Hilda causes trouble for Archie’s campaign and Daniel hires himself a beautiful but inept assistant.
Blue On Blue – Betty tries to get a scoop with Gucci’s new designer, Evan York, through Hilda’s customer, Sammy. Marc tries to stop her by getting Amanda and Matt to stage a showdown at Ignacio’s restaurant. Daniel goes to a bereavement group and meets Natalie who shows him an interesting night. Wilhelmina flies to Bermuda to try and find Connor.
The Butterfly Effect, Part 1 and 2 – Betty finds that everything is changing as she begins her new job as associate features editor, especially since her boss is her ex-boyfriend, Matt Hartley, who is still unhappy about their breakup. In addition, Betty’s new officemate, Megan, openly resents her, while Marc is constantly undermining her because he felt he was more deserving of the promotion. Meanwhile, without Betty as his assistant, Daniel is adrift, still mourning the loss of his wife, Molly. Betty tries to help Megan out on an assignment and connects with a thoughtful insect jewelry designer, Olivia, while Justin starts high school and is victimized by bullies-but won’t tell his mom, Hilda. Claire Meade is finding that her power struggle at the company has her sitting pretty – for the moment — opposite Wilhemina, who lost her claim to the Meade throne last season. But Wili has perhaps an even bigger problem than job security – she is harboring a secret at home that is driving Marc to distraction.
Curveball – Just as Betty agrees to move in with Matt, Henry pays a visit to NYC, forcing Betty to admit she still has feelings for her former fiance.
The Fall Issue – The sudden death of a Mode editor leaves Betty and Marc competing for the same job. Meanwhile, Matt lets his jealousy over Henry get the best of him.
In the Stars – There is reason to worry over Matt’s behavior when he works with Marc and Betty on a photo shoot of Grammy-winning singer Adele, which is there last assignment for YETI. Meanwhile, Matt’s mother has a request of Betty; Claire and Wilhelmina struggle over their positions at the magazine; and a pair of wedding proposals are witnessed by those at Mode.
