A Super Bowl Journal is a new behind-the-scenes documentary directed and edited by Thom Zimny. Remember the Super Bowl Journal Bruce published online? Springsteen himself narrates the film, sharing both his fears and his excitement as footage takes us from the first rehearsal in Jersey to a Tampa rehearsal in the pouring rain, from working with the gospel choir to working out the knee-slide with the cameraman, and onward. Zimny combines never-before-seen footage from the press conference, the rehearsals, the game, band meetings, in Bruce’s trailer backstage, and on the field with the E Street Band for the main event.
